Overview
Magis was founded by Mark Williams and Levi Bakker on a shared expertise and mutual love of classic cars. Magis Custom Cars specialize in custom built classic muscle cars, hot rods, and performance packages for your modern muscle car. All our projects are custom built from the ground up using brand new parts and components, custom-fabricated top to bottom, and assembled with meticulous care and expertise.

Brand Personality 
Magis is passionately car-centric with a careful eye for detail. Magis has a visual goal of modern precision mixed with iconic retro styling.

Single-minded, focused and passionate car enthusiasts; People that are making the choice to sacrifice in areas of their lifestyle in order to pursue custom car work; People who are attending races, rally and shows around muscle cars + hot rods.

Upon first glance one of the first things the viewer will notice is the heavy use of different shades of blue and red. The blues have been chosen to reflect the company’s focused and friendly personality, which will also invoke efficient and experienced personality traits as well. The red reflects the more energized traits, like being joyfully loud and non-minimalistic. It also reflects the brand’s energy and passion for classic cars. 

The contrasting bright yellow symbolizes the brand’s creativity and perception, with their attention to detail and creative fusion of modern and classic. The shapes of the logo “mark” are reminiscent of that of a top view of a muscle car hood. It has been intertwined with 2 red shapes resembling 2 halves of an M, and one long blue shape with a light yellow shape on top, shaped like an I. The use of these lengthwise shapes give the brand a bold, polished modern edge combined with the vintage, classic font for the typeface.

- Promotional images will include corporate colors as seen in the logo. Backgrounds may have colors adjusted with more of a blue or red tinge, depending on what the mood calls for.
- Some graphical elements may have a grunge/metallic texture to provide a firm, industrialized edge.
- Distressed halftone effects in the form of vertical and diagonal lines will also contribute to the brand’s firm, industrialized personality.
